14/12/2011 Il progetto prende forma

Gli alunni hanno scattato foto di oggetti intorno a loro. Utilizzando il programma Geogebra (open surce) hanno evidenziato le figure geometriche presenti nelle foto scattate. Le figure geometriche evidenziate sono poligoni, cerchi e rette. Sono stati scelte queste figure geometriche perchè sono parte del programma di matematica che verrà svolto quest'anno. Ora abbiamo inserito le figure nella galleria delle immagini del progetto in modo che possano essere utilizzate anche dagli alunni delle scuole partner. Anche le altre scuole hanno fatto lo stesso.

Progetto

   Geometric figures and lines are everywhere, no matter where you live - "Play" button and road signs are  triangles. Castles are cones or cilinders, water drop is a sphere and so on ). So we will take pictures of lines and figures and study them using ICT. Join us !

  Subjects: Informatics / ICT, Mathematics / Geometry

  Languages: DE - EN - ET - IT - PL

  Pupil's age: 12 - 19

Tools to be used: Other software (Powerpoint, video, pictures and drawings), Project Diary, Twinspace, Video conference, Web publishing

Aims:We will make pictures of geometrical figures and lines in our everyday life. (For example ice-cream, can be cones and sphere. McDonalds logo is 2 parabola ). We will use this pictures in our Maths lessons using ICT

Work process: Step 1: We will collect pictures of mathematical figures and lines taken by students. Students of different ages will take pictures from surrounding life using this topic which is in their curriculum. Step 2: We will use ICT and different programms to draw and study these mathematical figure (shape, area ..)

Expected results: As a result we will have very interesting gallery of pictures named "Math is everywhere". Students will comment what they see. We will use our partners’ pictures in our math lessons using ICT (by curriculum) As a result we will introduce our countries curriculum, we will share our experience using ICT on Maths lessons and we will make our Maths lessons interesting and our students will see Maths in their everyday life. All data we will share on TwinSpace and on a website.
